Swim England Pathway Coach Conference

We know that Coaches value the opportunity to come away from their busy schedules, and that the inspirational and informative speakers help our coaches to reboot and reenergise face-to-face opportunities for learning and development, and the chance to connect with their coaching peers.

Our conference programmes provide a unique opportunity to hear from a range of key speakers and network with colleagues from across the country, in each Aquatic discipline individually.

Workshops will be framed around key themes/important updates in each discipline as well as projects that will be undertaken as part of our first Swim England Coach Plan 2022–25 – including a focus upon building a more diverse and inclusive coaching workforce.

We have also looked to respond to coaches’ feedback around where they feel they need further support and development. A number of presentations and workshops will be staged throughout the conference which will be delivered by key figures within the sport. Insights, presentations and workshops that will give every coach the tools and knowledge they need to adapt and embrace change where necessary.
