Entries:

– Pool based opens: 12 noon, Monday 10 June 2024
– Regional qualifiers opens: 12 noon, Wednesday 26 June 2024

– Pool based closes : 12 noon, Monday 1 July 2024
– Athlete Declaration Submissions Close: 12 noon, Monday 1 July 2024

– Regional qualifiers closes : 12 noon, Wednesday 17 July 2024
– Athlete Declaration Submissions Close: 12 noon, Wednesday 17 July 2024

! 7.5KM race update:

A feeding station will be available.
Feeding is optional, but if choosing to feed it is mandatory to use feeding poles (World Aquatics compliant) which must be provided by the coach/athlete representative.

A representative for each athlete (this can be a coach, team manager or parent/guardian) is encouraged to attend an online pre-event briefing.
This will provide an update on the 7.5km race only which includes changes to the race course and the provision of a feeding station.

The online meeting will be 20 minutes in duration and there are two time slots available to choose from as follows (joining details will be emailed to all entrants):

– Online Briefing 1 – 18:00 Thursday 18 July
– Online Briefing 2 – 13:00 Friday 19 July

NOTE: The mandatory athlete/coach Raceday safety briefing will still take place at the event.

Athlete Declaration
As detailed in the Event Conditions every athlete will have to submit an athlete declaration at the time of entry.
