Unfortunately Tilly the turtle and Harry the hermit crab have been playing with the wires again and there’s been an issue with your account activation.

Please close the My Learn to Swim app on your phone and then reopen the app to try and login again.

If you are still unable to get access, please email [email protected] with your name and email address so we can investigate what went wrong and get you taking selfies with Tilly and Harry on the My Learn to Swim app as soon as possible.

Now open the app and login from your home screen to create your child’s profile.

You can now reset your password so that we can get you into My Learn to Swim. Your password must:

• Be a minimum of 10 characters in length.
• Contain at least one upper and one lower case letter.
• Contain at least one number.
• Contain at least one special character (such as ! or ?).

Password must be a minimum of 10 characters; must contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one numeric digit, and one special character, but cannot contain whitespace.
